Onboarding Guide for Property Owners

1. Create a Landlord Profile
Sign up and select the "Landlord" role. Complete your basic profile registration details so tenants know who they are contacting.
2. Submit Property Details & LPC
Upload your property photos, specify amenities, rent amount, and security deposit details. To acquire a "Verified" badge, submit your Land Possession Certificate (LPC) for verification.
3. Scout Physical Dispatch Check
Once submitted, a local scout in Papum Pare will be dispatched to confirm your property location and upload verified field photos. This significantly increases tenant engagement.
4. Receive Bookings & Chat
Approved properties are published instantly. Interested renters will initiate encrypted chat lines or request scheduled site visits.
