In compliance with the **Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023**, we ensure that your Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is securely encrypted, masked, and accessed only with explicit consent.
Data We Collect
- Basic Profile details: Name, verified mobile phone number, email address, profile picture.
- Local Verification Data: Resident flags, Aadhaar number, or Inner Line Permit (ILP) numbers for non-locals.
- Property Information: GPS coordinates, rental structure, photos, and landlord contact settings.
Information Masking
- Phone & Email Protection: Landlord and tenant contact points are masked by default.
- Connection Lock: Contact information is only visible to users who initiate a match or complete a verified token payment.
- Location Blur: Maps render approximate neighborhood outlines rather than exact coordinate pins for security.
Your Rights Under DPDP Act 2023
Right to Access and Correction
You can update your personal information or request correction of incorrect details directly within your Profile dashboard.
Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten)
You have the absolute right to demand deletion of your account. Upon receiving an erasure request, we purge all Aadhaar references, photo assets, and unmasked phone numbers within 7 business days.
Consent Withdrawal
You can withdraw your consent for push alerts, location tracking, or email alerts at any time by toggling settings on your device or profile page.
