We do not permit unverified listings. Our local verification scouts physically inspect property coordinates, check owner ID cards, and match Land Possession Certificates (LPCs).

E2EE Chat Encryption

BaraGhar uses client-side Web Cryptography APIs to encrypt your conversations before they reach our databases. Only you and the recipient hold the decryption keys.

Anti-Fraud Protection

Never pay off-platform booking deposits before signing the lease agreement. If anyone asks you to bypass BaraGhar checkout processes, report the user immediately via chat moderation flags.
